Growing up in Russia, everything was based on a holistic approach to wellness. Coming from a family of athletes and doctors, I was always surrounded by a healthy lifestyle, so health, fitness and beauty were always a part of my life in one way or another. Gymnastics became an important part of my life for over 10 years, as did the intense and rigorous training, diets and stress that came with it. After quitting gymnastics at 18, I struggled with hormonal imbalances due to the drastic change in my lifestyle. My body, and most notably, my skin, went through significant changes while I was adjusting to my new normal. These changes had a noticeable effect on my skin, and I struggled with hormonal acne and low self-esteem for years. I started my skincare journey as a means to remedy my own skincare concerns, and rediscovered my passion for wellness while learning about skin, hormones and gut health, and how this impacted all of us, both internally and externally. I continued my learning in the complex and beautiful world of esthetics, and went on to graduate top of my class from the Parisian Beauty Academy, and later earned my certification in two more states! With continued education from professionals worldwide, I am thrilled to share my knowledge and expertise with Rescue Spa and my clients.
